The pools are spectacular. This is the lower level of a three level pool. It's a about 100 yards to the other end (this view is all on the same level).

WARNING: I won't include the photo of the timeshare salesman (4 of them talked with us), but let me say the "90 minute" presentation was an extremely hard sell that lasted almost 3 hours to get our $100 hotel credit. It wasn't worth it!! Before considering a sales tour, be sure to google "grand mayan scams" and check the completed auctions on eBay for the Mayan Palace (the older units at the same property) and Grand Mayan to see what resales sold for recently. Don't forget to consider the sure to increase maintenance fees.
